How do I create a timer?
Tap the plus button on the home screen. You can build a timer step by step yourself, or have one created from text you paste into the app (Paste Import).
How does the AI help work?
Sequence Lite copies a prepared prompt to your clipboard and, on request, opens your AI app (e.g. ChatGPT or Claude). There you describe your workout and copy the result back into Sequence Lite, which converts the text into a timer locally. The app itself sends no text to any AI service.
How do I sync with my Apple Watch?
Pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone as usual and install the Sequence Lite Watch app. Timers, favorites, and statistics sync locally between iPhone and Watch — without going through any server.
Does the timer pause automatically on a call?
On Apple Watch, a running timer can auto-pause when you take a call. You can control this under Settings > Timer Behavior > Pause on interruption.
How do I share a timer?
Open a timer and use the share function. You can hand it over as a file (.sqtimer) or as a QR code. The other person opens the file or scans the code to import the timer.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings > Premium and tap "Restore Purchases". Use the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Is Premium a subscription?
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel. You manage purchases through your Apple ID. (Note: if the app offers separate AI credits, those are one-time purchases too, not a subscription.)
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Data and use "Delete all timers" or "Delete all flows". To remove everything, uninstall the app — iOS then deletes the entire app sandbox.
Does Sequence Lite need an internet connection?
No. Sequence Lite works entirely offline. No data is sent to any server; all timers, statistics, and settings stay on your device.
