Description
Sequence Lite is an interval timer for iPhone and Apple Watch. The app lets you create timers and flows, use voice announcements and sounds, keep workout statistics locally, and share timers with others. It works entirely offline.
Use of the App
- The app is intended for personal use.
- You are responsible for your own health and safety during workouts.
- The app is not a substitute for medical advice.
Health Disclaimer
Sequence Lite provides timer functionality and general fitness information. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor before starting any exercise program. Use at your own risk.
Imported and AI-Generated Timers
Timers you import or create with the help of an external AI assistant are not reviewed or verified for content by Sequence Lite. You are responsible for which exercises you perform. Skip exercises you are unsure about.
Purchases
Sequence Lite offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. Premium unlock). Payments are processed by Apple — we have no access to your payment information. You manage purchases through your Apple ID. In the relationship with the end customer, Apple's Media Services Terms designate Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Cork, Ireland) as the merchant of record for EU distribution; warranty and defect claims under sales law can therefore generally be asserted against Apple Distribution International Ltd. Any statutory claims that may exist directly against the developer remain unaffected.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, and content are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app, except as expressly permitted by mandatory statutory provisions (in particular §§ 69d, 69e German Copyright Act).
Warranty and Liability
The app is provided without express warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including injuries or damages resulting from workouts. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, and health, and for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) remains unaffected.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
